Your phone call to me immediately starts the process.

You will share with me what has happened to prompt your call and I will ask a few questions and answer yours.

Next is a thorough assessment of the situation.  I will interview you, then visit your loved one and assess the medical, psychosocial, environmental, financial and legal aspects. I will provide you with an agreement to begin this process.

The assessment results in a care plan, which will spell out in detail my recommendations and your options for engaging me in the on going care of your loved one.

My recommendation is don’t wait for a crisis.
